Shipping Policy


How long does it take to process my order?
We want your cards to be in your hands as quickly as possible (Amazon Prime has ruined us all) so we do our very best to get your order out the door as soon as we can. BUT we are humans, packing these orders with our own hands, and the human packing your order has children (full transparency here), so if your order is delayed we'll likely blame it on a screaming child or dirty diaper explosion. We aren't perfect, but hey, who is?!


What about shipping?
Our cards ship Standard USPS 3-7 Day First Class Mail, we ship our cards from the salty south shore of Massachusetts, so if you live in Boston, your cards may arrive sooner than if you're up in the Pacific Northwest. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee First Class Mail arrives in 3-7 business days.

1 Card - $1.90 shipping
2 - 6 Cards - $3.95 shipping
6+ Cards (Or any order over $40.00) - Free Shipping


Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not offer international shipping but if you just can't live without our cards (we don’t blame you) and live outside of the US, slide into our (in)box and we'll see what we can do!


More Processing Info: Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Please allow 1 - 2 days for order processing. Orders received after 2PM will begin being processed the following business day (unless we get lucky with a long nap, then the possibilities are endless).


Note: Shipping timelines can be affected by high volumes of orders, seasonal demand, and carrier delays due to events such as COVID19. Please consider these delays when placing your order as we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date during these periods.


Return Policy


Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your cards must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or the order number or email used to place your order with.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted depending on your banking institution. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via email at hello@friendsdothis.com


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@friendsdothis.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item arrived damaged. (Remember our cards are packed by human hands, and we’re pretty particular when it comes to quality, so if something slips through the cracks we apologize!) Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
